All of these comics that I post are dedicated to the public domain. You can post them elsewhere, translate them, or edit them to your liking; Not only that, but the stories and characters along with the setting can be used for whatever you want within reason. I do NOT want them to be used for AI, however.
A favorite site of mine is Archive.org, especially this page on Shiro Hamaguchi music in the 90's.
